Adaptelligence LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. Adaptelligence publishes the Watch Sense app, and this privacy policy is specific to the Watch Sense app. Use of the Watch Sense app implies agreement with this privacy policy.
What Data Is Collected
The Watch Sense app collects sensor data from the device and stores the data only on the device. The app collects data from the following sensors (if available): accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer, light intensity, pressure, temperature, humidity, heart rate, and location. Heart rate and location data are collected only if permitted by the user. The user is prompted for permission to collect location and heart rate data. The user can disable the collection of location and heart rate data at any time through the device settings. Collection of all data can be disabled at any time using the Stop button in the app. No data about the user or the device, other than the sensor data mentioned above, are collected by the app.
What Data is Shared
No data is shared with Adaptelligence or any other third party. All collected data is stored only on the device and can only be accessed by the user by connecting their device to their computer. Uninstalling the app from the device will delete all data collected by the app.
Location Data
The Watch Sense app collects location data in the background, if permitted by the user. The purpose of the Watch Sense app is to allow the user to collect sensor data while they are performing other activities. Thus, collecting location data in the background is necessary. The user is prompted for permission to collect location data in the background. The user can disable the collection of location data at any time through the device settings. Collection of all data can be disabled at any time using the Stop button in the app.
User Data
No user data, other than the sensor data described above, are accessed, collected or shared by the app.
Device Data
No device data, other than the sensor data described above, are accessed, collected or shared by the app.
